UPC #: 0 336313 6 Use by Date: March 2012 - Other HerbOx® Products carried at PriceRite are not involved in this recall.
Reason: Creative Contract Packaging has determined that the product contains Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (HVP) from Basic Food Flavors, Inc.which has been identified as a source of Salmonella contamination being investigated by the Food and Drug Administration. No illnesses have been reported to date.
Customer Action: Please do not consume the bouillon and return it to the store for a refund.

Reason: McCormick & Company, Incorporated is initiating a recall of products manufactured with HVP (hydrolyzed vegetable protein) because the ingredient may be contaminated with Salmonella. To date, no illnesses have been associated with these products.

Product Recall Notice McNeil Consumer Healthcare
McNeil Consumer Healthcare has issued a voluntary product recall of certain over-the-counter products including Motrin, Tylenol, Simply Sleep, St. Joseph’s Aspirin and Rolaids. The items are being recalled as a precautionary measure due to reports of some products having an off odor.
